Winter Youth Archery / JOAD:
9am - 9 meter and 18 meter distances*
11am - 9 meter and 18 meter distances*
1pm - Youth over 12 years, advanced archers, NASP line, and competition shooters - NO 9 meter line
*Position on the 9am or 11am line will be determined by your youth's age (younger start at the closer distance).
Youth archery occurs on Satuday, December 7 through March 28.
NO Archery on the following days:
Dec 28, Jan 18 (State Indoor), Feb 29 (USA Archery Indoor), Mar 21 (NFAA Indoor)
Banquet April 4 - No shooting, just awards and food - 5pm.
$5 line fee per youth on day of shooting (family cap of $10).
Must be 8 years old BEFORE Dec 1, 2019.
LC&SA will provide all necessary equipment for your youth to shoot our archery program. If you own equipment you are welcome to use it. However, reserve the right to inspect and reject your equipment for safety.
Wear visible LC & SA identification when on club grounds.
Sign in upon entering, and sign out when leaving, at the clubhouse when using club facilities.
Know & follow all LC & SA rules when on club grounds.
Members not adhering to the above are subject to suspension of membership privileges up to and including expulsion from the club.
The Bullet Clip
ALWAYS keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction.
This is the primary rule of gun safety. A safe direction means that the gun is pointed so that even if it were to go off it would not cause injury or damage. The key to this rule is to control where the muzzle or front end of the barrel is pointed at all times. Common sense dictates the safest direction, depending on different circumstances.
